Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://tomjannaceroofing.com (the "Site") or requesting services from Tom Jannace Roofing, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or contact us for service.

Services

We provide residential roofing services including roof installation, repair, replacement, storm damage restoration, skylight installation and repair, and attic ventilation — throughout Suffolk County, NY. All work is performed by our own crew. Every inspection is free. Written estimates are binding for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Free inspections and estimates

Requesting a free inspection does not obligate you to hire us. Estimates are honored as written unless site conditions reveal undisclosed damage (for example, rotted decking discovered after tear-off), in which case we will pause and review the revised scope and price with you before continuing.

Warranties

We provide workmanship warranties on our labor and pass through manufacturer warranties on materials. Enhanced GAF system warranties are available on qualifying roof replacements. Specific warranty terms are documented in your signed contract.

Payment

Payment terms are documented in your signed contract. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and financing through qualified lenders. Funding via our financing program is typically available within 1-3 business days.

Website use

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — photos, text, logos, and structure — is the property of Tom Jannace Roofing, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tom Jannace Roofing, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Service-related disputes are governed by the signed contract between you and Tom Jannace Roofing, Inc.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, NY.
