We had Tom Jannace Roofing install a new roof over 18 years ago. The roof had been problem free until recently when we noticed a small water leak coming from our skylights. We called Tom and he was so polite, accommodating, and he actually remembered us. He repaired the leak and gave us an incredibly fair price for the new repair. If you are looking for a roofing company with old school values and quality combined with a professional and kind attitude look no further. I would give 10 stars if I could.
